I know it’s hair raising. A Twilight Filipino Version? What could ABS-CBN be thinking? The rights to do the Twilight tv version Takipsilim was allegedly bought by ABS-CBN for $1 million. They could be banking on the novel and movie’s popularity to be a hit among Filipinos.
I wonder if they can pull it off considering all the negative reactions from Twilight fans. There’s even a website petitioning to stop the local adaptation of Twilight.
However, there are bloggers who believe that this is just a hoax. There was no official news from the ABS-CBN and looking at the poster that is spreading on the net it’s obvious that it’s been Photoshopped.

Listen ABS-CBN… I’m saying this coz i’m concerned!! I’m a Filipino and a Certified Kapamilya… but you’re just gonna ruin your reputations and not to mention,, our country’s reputations!!
