I know it’s hair raising. A Twilight Filipino Version? What could ABS-CBN be thinking? The rights to do the Twilight tv version Takipsilim was allegedly bought by ABS-CBN for $1 million. They could be banking on the novel and movie’s popularity to be a hit among Filipinos.
I wonder if they can pull it off considering all the negative reactions from Twilight fans. There’s even a website petitioning to stop the local adaptation of Twilight.
However, there are bloggers who believe that this is just a hoax. There was no official news from the ABS-CBN and looking at the poster that is spreading on the net it’s obvious that it’s been Photoshopped.

but the moment i’ve heard about the filipino version of twilight,,,
oh my gosh..it’s a big no!!!!
but then when abs-cbn cleared about the issue on the remake of twilight which, according to them is not true,, i truly get mad to those people who made this issue..well if for you, its just a joke…well it’s not a good joke…
