		<description>That&#039;s true. The people in Philippine provinces know how to work with the sun. They rise before sunrise and finish their work when the sun sets. I admire that. It&#039;s the people in the city, people like me who suck up too much electric energy. So anything to offset that or minimize consumption is necessary.
